I finally found some time to update the blog from last weekend. It was cousin Liam's second birthday bash and Bryn and Henry had worked themselves into a tizzy just thinking about the birthday cake. It was a fun party complete with bubbles and balls, tractor rides down their hill, and some sans clothes water fun. Although storms and flooding were predicted in Iowa, Grinnell happened to avoid the bad weather for the entire day, we just had to drive through it on our way back home. No worries, Henry and Bryn kept Grandma and me entertained on the way home making up songs and singing us through the rain.
Watching the birthday boy tear into his gifts from the fam. Below, enjoying the John Deere themed cupcakes, that were fit together to look like a cake.... way to go Hyvee!! Liam didn't even need to use his hands for his first few bites, he just went face first.
Liam received a water table from Grandma and Grandpa so after his friends left the party the cousing decided to strip down to nothin and really have some fun with the gift.STEP 1-Dip the head

It was a fun weekend hanging out in Iowa and watching the cousins enjoy each other's company.
