Lately they have been playing with a pile of wood scraps leftover from the chicken coop. They have washed them, stacked them, hauled them around the yard until Jay asked them if they should build something with them. I left home for a bit and came back to find that they built a podium, specifically asked for by Henry. They quickly remembered the speech that the mayor gave in "Curious George makes Pancakes" and have been giving our neighborhood speeches all weekend. Never a dull moment at our house.
As you will notice Bryn is MUCH more serious about this task then her brother.
And now the comic's version....... is he headed for class clown status already? How can you not laugh?

I vote for BOTH!!! Bryn is so articulate and organized with notes and everything. Henry's entrance was so great he wouldn't have even had to have spoken to get my vote. He could have just held the stare over the shoulder pose for a couple of minutes and walked away with roaring applause!!! We'll have to get the George Pancake book. So far the camping one is our favorite. We hope you had a happy Memorial Day!!!

"Woo-hoo"! We love Batman and Robin AND Bryn and Henry! Wish we had been there for the "pancake festival" AND the speeches. Their personalities just keep getting more and more unique and delightful...we predict that they both will probably end up behind a podium many times as they get older. Good thing they're getting this early practice in. We definitely vote for BOTH!

Who taught Henry to pose? That was hilarious! and Bryn got good participation from the audience, I can see her in a classroom already!
