Last weekend we headed up to the cabin for a little water fun. Henry asked Grandpa if he could help drive the boat and not soon after he grabbed the wheel, he was pleading to go faster. Hope he didn't commit that lesson on throttle use to memory or we are all in trouble. The kid likes to go fast!
Bryn didn't show any interest in driving but was happy to snuggle with Grammy in the front of the boat.
B bop loves to fish and our little fisherwoman was catching little sunfish and bass with her grandpa. So cute to listen to them chat about the fish that got away!
Even Finn got in on the action and took a sniff at the poor little guy.
Henry was on fire too and managed to snag several little fish.
The return of the water skiers and captain/boat Jay! Even though the water was chilly and the air was even colder, the kids both wanted a try at getting up on their water skis. Seeing that Jay donned his wetsuit for some cold water skiing, Henry jumped into his as well. Another resale find that he proudly wears! Jay was exhausted after 4 trips of pulling them so they all relaxed in the hot tub.
Summer got off to a great start at the cabin, thanks to grandma and grandpa for 24 hours of fun!
